On Tuesday, January 26th, Bishop Feehan High School varsity hockey player AJ Quetta was seriously injured during one of his hockey games. Officials say his head crashed into the boards during his game against Pope Francis in Springfield, MA. He was taken off the ice via stretcher and rushed to the hospital. It is believed that he has a very serious spinal cord injury and there is a chance he may never walk again. AJ and his family will have extensive medical needs and they need our support. We will be holding an on-air fundraiser throughout WEEI’s The Greg Hill show for the Quetta Family on Thursday, January 28th. We will match all donations received up to $10,000.
