Cameron Connolly's Road to Recovery

On Sunday morning, Cameron Connolly suffered a traumatic accident while at Bridgewater State University. After falling backwards from a porch and landing on his back, he was rushed to Boston Medical Center, where he underwent emergency spinal surgery. The injury has affected Cameron’s central nervous system and resulted in paralysis from the waist down.

While this is a life-altering injury, Cameron has full cognitive function and full strength in his upper body. Cameron has now begun the long, demanding road ahead. He will soon transition to Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, where he’ll learn new ways to navigate daily life and work toward his personal goal of walking again.

Please consider making a donation to Cameron and his family for his road to recovery. Thanks to the gracious support of the Jack Trottier Foundation we will be matching all donations up to $10,000.
