Stephen has selflessly and quietly been a hero to the central MA community. For several years now, he has volunteered at a local food pantry cooking hundreds of breakfasts on weekends and some weekdays.
Stephen supports the food program at St, John’s church in Worcester. Their program is called ‘Food for the Poor’. It is one of the larger programs doing this work in the city where volunteers serve over 1,000 hot meals a day, five days a week.
On Thursday, October 23rd, The Greg Hill Foundation and Chick-fil-A awarded Stephen Duquette as a Chick-fil-A Community Hero with a Chick-fil-A prize pack and supported his cause with $2,000 to help their fight against food insecurity.
